Sometimes you need a quick dessert that’s tasty but that takes less than 5 minutes to put together. These cookies are great because they’re made from cake mix which is cheap and has a long shelf life. I keep some on hand at all times for instances when I have little time to make a dessert but need to whip something up. Plus, since it takes only four ingredients you can have these ready to eat in less than 15 minutes!
You can use any cake mix you prefer – this recipe will work with all of them.
Lemon Oreo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box of lemon cake mix
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all your ingredients in a bowl (DO NOT follow instructions on the back of the box).
- Scoop your cookies onto your sheet.
- Bake for 9-13 minutes, until golden brown around the edges and underneath.
